Eligibility

Eligibility for the Small Business Program includes businesses with 50 or fewer employees, with potential eligibility extending to participants in previous Save on Energy programs such as Small Business Lighting, Refrigeration Efficiency, Business Refrigeration Incentive, and RTUsaver. Past participants may qualify for additional upgrades at no cost, and those who engaged in a Save on Energy program before April 1, 2019, are eligible to reapply. Some upgrades exceeding specific cost thresholds could qualify for extra incentives; refer to the Eligible Measures List for details.
